Are all EnlightPixel products one-time purchases?
Each product page identifies one-time or subscription billing. One-time purchases include updates within the same major version. Subscriptions show their billing period and renew until cancelled through your dashboard. Existing one-time purchases remain one-time.
Do I need an account to use EnlightPixel products?
For products purchased through this website: after guest checkout, copy the claim token shown on the purchase confirmation page and keep it private. It is not emailed. Create an account and verify the email used at checkout, or sign in to an existing verified account with that email, to link eligible purchases automatically. You can also enter the token in your dashboard. Checkout itself does not create an account. Subscription checkout requires you to sign in with a verified account first. SortSage is purchased and licensed through Gumroad; use its receipt and license key instead of a website claim token.
What platforms do your products support?
Check each product and download for supported operating systems, minimum versions and processor architectures. Windows and macOS builds are listed when released; a platform is not supported until its build is available. Browser-based products list their own requirements.
How do refunds work?
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason. Giving a reason is optional. Request it from your dashboard or email support@enlightpixel.com. Processing takes 2–3 business days; bank timing varies.
Do your apps collect my data or files?
Our offline desktop products process files on your device. Activation checks purchase access; no recurring license check is required after permanent offline activation. Online products may use cloud services as described on their product page and in the privacy policy.

For products licensed through this website, use the license key from your dashboard. Offline purchases use permanent activation certificates without recurring checks; online products and subscriptions require current access. SortSage uses its existing Gumroad license key and activation flow instead.
Does the software need a constant internet connection?
Products labelled offline work without recurring internet checks after activation. Activation can also be completed from another connected device using the app’s request and certificate import. Online and subscription products need internet access. Check the connectivity details on each product page.
What does 'free updates' actually mean?
One-time purchases include updates released within the purchased major version, such as 1.1 and 1.2 for version 1.0. A separately paid major upgrade may be offered later. Subscription features and updates are available during eligible access. Each product page explains its update terms; no release schedule is guaranteed.
How do I contact support?

Will you ever change the pricing model for existing products?
No. Products sold as one-time purchases will remain one-time purchases. We will never retroactively change the pricing model of a product you've already bought.
